| The Restaurant has enthusiastically adopted the “slow food” principle of “zero kilometers”: all the dishes are exclusively prepared with products coming from the property or from local producers; it isn’t surprising that on the menu there’s always a choice of dishes typical to the zone, like fresh fish from the Bolsena Lake and traditional home made pastas. There’s the possibility to enjoy vegetarian cuisine (organized for spiritual seminars), special menus for celiacs and the preparation of sumptuous banquets for receptions and parties. The Restaurant is ruled by the seasons: finger-food and appetizers – the rustic ones are excellent- and brioches to taste with fresh white wine under the Loggia or by the swimming pool in the summer; soups made with mushrooms from the Cimini Mountains and wild game served by the fireplace in the autumn and winter, asparagus tagliatelline pasta and strawberry mousse served in the garden in the spring. | |
| Breakfast – fundamental – is a special experience: cakes and donuts, homemade marmalades, ricotta cheese with honey, various cheeses, meats and seasonal fruits.
